Refund Policy
Refund Policy
All ticket purchases, bookings, passes, products, and services are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to a specific event, service, product, date, venue, ticket type, booking, or time-limited experience. You are responsible for checking all details carefully before purchase, including the event name, date, time, location, ticket type, quantity, price, age restrictions, accessibility information, and any conditions of entry.
Refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will not be provided where you change your mind, can no longer attend, make a duplicate purchase, select the wrong ticket or option, arrive late, do not attend, are refused entry due to breach of event or venue rules, or are unable to use your purchase due to personal circumstances, illness, travel issues, weather, or any other matter outside our reasonable control.
For events, entertainment, leisure activities, accommodation, hospitality, transport, food, drink, or other dated or time-specific services, you acknowledge that the usual cancellation or withdrawal period may not apply where the service is linked to a specific date or period of performance.
Where an event, product, booking, or service is cancelled, materially changed, or cannot legally or practically be provided, any refund, credit, exchange, or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the terms notified to you at the time of purchase.
Unless required by applicable law, booking fees, service fees, platform fees, processing fees, card fees, transaction charges, delivery charges, and administrative fees are non-refundable.
This policy applies to purchases made in the United Kingdom, Spain, the European Union, and any other territory where our services are made available, subject always to any mandatory local consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
